Timeline and Priority Rush Production Policy
Each handmade custom gown is thoughtfully handcrafted. Our standard production timeline for custom gowns is approximately 6-8 months from the date your order is placed. Please allow for the detailed design process, fabric sourcing, and meticulous construction each bespoke piece deserves. Priority Rush Production availability is limited and offered selectively to ensure every gown receives the craftsmanship and attention to detail our atelier is known for.
Priority Rush Production Policy
All rush orders are subject to availability within our current production calendar and material sourcing timelines. Because each custom gown is handcrafted and scheduled in advance, rush production requires adjusting our atelier queue and prioritizing your custom gown within our workflow.
Rush fees are calculated as a percentage of your gown investment and reflect the level of schedule compression required to accommodate your timeline.
